The Campfire Was The Evidence

The truth snuck up on me around the campfire at Leavitt Meadows with Jim Walberg. That’s the only way I can describe it.

“I do not consent.” That was my nephew Shane’s response to a text message I sent. I had no idea what he meant.

I accidentally left without my phone. I realized it just in time to turn around and go back. I decided to keep driving.
