I thrive at the intersection of technology and human behavior. As a founder and executive, my companies have advanced and depended on advancing technological innovation. As a speaker, my goal is to remind us to never allow our innovations to move us away from the characteristics and behaviors that make us uniquely human.
With degrees in psychology from Grace College (Bachelor of Science: Psychology) and Ball State University (Master of Arts: School Psychology), I look beyond the “how” of any technology to get to the “why” that unleashes the true power. I apply the beauty and science of creative communication not just to my own organizations, but to those of my clients. Through these practices, I’ve helped my companies and clients achieve measurable, practical, real-life success … time and time again.
As company founder and CEO, I led J.J. Grace, Inc. to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 Fastest-Growing Companies in America and the following year won Cisco’s Growing With Technology Award recognizing innovative companies networked for growth.
As Group President of Vertis, I brought the needed vision and leadership required to integrate the operations of a highly diversified corporate Group into the mainstream of the business.
I was the founder and President of Real Estate Shows, the first “Do-It-Yourself“ virtual tour company in the real estate industry. I have served as Founder or President of several successful technology companies, including Zeek Interactive, RealSatisfied, the Australia-based customer satisfaction platform for real estate acquired by Placester in 2016, and immoviewer, Inc., which I helped transition to DocuSketch.
Currently, I am an Entrepreneur In Residence for Second Century Ventures, and a co-founder of the recently launched REALTOR® Association Management Platform, Tangilla. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Aumnia, Inc., a full-service provider of mobile internet applications and solutions, and act as an advisor to several other startups to navigate the complexities of the North American real estate market.
I have been married to Racquel “Rocky” Turner for 24 years and we have six children.
