Listening As Strategy – Video

I was honored to be asked to deliver one of the keynote presentations at CRS Sell-A-Bration in Orlando, Florida this past week. My presentation title was, “Listening As Strategy.” I will post the slides to Slideshare shortly, but wanted to share this video the CRS made available.
