What Happens When The AI Voice Is Good Enough?

I was fooled for a moment by an AI voice yesterday morning. But I liked it, and it got me what I wanted. And that is the part I can’t get past.

It’s 2026, and “copy and paste” is part of our vernacular. In 2006, it was part of a commonly asked customer support question at Real Estate Shows.

Empathy just got cheaper. And not a little cheaper, a lot cheaper. Cost-effective even. And that is most certainly a problem. Here’s why.
