Last week I wrote about GoToMeeting vs Google+ Hangouts. And yesterday I curated the #isuckattwitter hashtag stream. Chris Van Dusen may have been paying attention to both. I’m no “expert,” but from my vantage point, Chris does not suck at Twitter and he understands what people are looking for in webinar hosting solutions.

@respres you should check out @meetingburner as an alternative to gtm and webex
Earlier in the day, another Twitter cititzen tweeted a link at me as well. On the surface, it seemed as random as this one. The difference? Theirs was out of the blue. Chris replied directly to this tweet from last week.

I included @gotomeeting in An Old Meeting Dog Learns New Hangout Tricks http://t.co/saBieiZ7
So what did I do? I went to check out MeetingBurner. Listening should be rewarded.
Setting up my first MeetingBurner session was a piece of cake, so I sent out a tweet inviting people to join me in my test. Chris jumped right in and showed me some features I would not have been able to see without his assistance, including the some new analytic features. And, recording your webinar couldn’t be simpler, as you can see below.
This looks like a great service and it’s free.
I know what you’re thinking. I ask Chris in the video below how they expect to stay in business with a free service. To hear his answer and check out MeetingBurner for yourself, just click play.
