The jobs most at risk from AI aren't the ones with the most automatable tasks. They're the ones where those tasks can be cleanly separated from the human work. If you can pull the AI-friendly parts out of a role and hand them off without breaking anything, the role itself starts to look optional. But when the tasks are woven together, when the human judgment and the automatable work are tangled up in each other and can't be divided without losing something, AI doesn't replace the person. It makes the person better at the job.
