Apple has agreed to pay $250 million to settle a class action lawsuit for overpromising the arrival of Siri's AI features.

“Under the proposed agreement, eligible U.S. customers who purchased the iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 could receive up to $95 per device.”
If you purchased an iPhone 15 or 16 during this time, you qualify for compensation under a $250 million settlement for Apple promising AI capabilities it did not deliver.
